A good day starts at the table
On holiday, breakfast is not a quick meal: it is when you plan your day, between a beach to discover and a stroll through the old town.
That is why every morning we prepare a buffet that combines the classics with Salento products, served in the restaurant or, weather permitting, on the terrace.
Something sweet: pasticciotti and homemade cakes
The king of the Salento breakfast is the pasticciotto: shortcrust pastry filled with custard, served still warm. Alongside you will find homemade cakes, croissants and local jams.
And freshly squeezed orange juice, because in Apulia you can taste the sun even in your glass.
